If your original PAN card<\/a> is lost, you can apply for a new PAN card <\/a>by following the below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit the Pan card apply online website and click on the “Apply Online” option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select “Correction PAN – Indian Citizen (CSF)” as the application type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fill in the necessary details, such as your name, date of birth, and contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. send a copy of the lost PAN card as proof of identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Choose the mode of payment and pay the application fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Submit the application and take note of the 10-digit acknowledgement number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Print and sign the acknowledgement form and affix two passport-sized photographs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Send the signed acknowledgement form along with the necessary documents, such as a copy of your identity proof and address proof, to the address mentioned on the acknowledgement form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Alternatively, you can apply for a new PAN card offline by submitting Form 49A along with the necessary documents and fees to any PAN service centre or PAN Card apply Online office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In either case, the new PAN card will be sent to your registered address via post.
