Click on the \u2018New PAN Card\u2019 link on the homepage,<br><br>This will take you to the application form. You will be required to fill in your details including your name, date of birth, address, etc. After you have filled out the form, you will need to submit it along with the requisite documents and fees.<br><br>Once your application is processed, after receiving the signed form with the document in physical.
